we want to price fitting an additional (separate) toilet beside the existing one
for some reason, the existing toilet is raised up about 12" above slab on raised floor that is :-)
as you may have gathered from above existing floor proper is a slab
existing toilet against external (brick) side wall, but no plumbing is external so that means that sewer must be coming out of slab. so prob reason for lifting floor is so additional connections could be made
but heck i am not a plumber :-)
there is a vanity to be fitted (in same room) also
