Run new length of 1" copper pipe from gas meter to unit. Good access under house. Some of the run length will be over the roof (also convenient access). Total run is approximately 25 meters. Owner will provide HWS. Power supply has previously been connected.
Will need to disconnect and take away current HWS which is a vulcan unit about 4 years old in perfect condition.
