We live on a hill and have a subfloor beneath our town house and a small amount of water runs into it. There is a high moisture content in the and sub floor and would like to use the down stairs garage as a living area. We need a solution to either catch the water as it trys to enter the sub floor or other ways on extracting it from the area. We also think the shower might be leaking down stairs and need some one to have alook.
