Inspect possible water leak above ceiling
Kwan requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Sydenham
1) our ceiling has three separate groups of possible water stain. The attic is difficult/impossible to access (access is blocked by heat and cool ducts) . A possible way to inspect the area is to climb up to the roof, remove some tiles and inspect form above. If they are caused by water leakage, we would like to address the source of the leak.
2) The ceiling has a few possible thermal track/ghosting stains/yellow-ish straight lines across the living room. We would like to obtain opinion form professional on the root cause and the possible fix.
We can provide photos pf those stains/lines upon request.
We are told these could be a roof plumber jobs but we are not that sure.
