We have a pump that pumps excess water from under our OC's driveway back out to the street. Every 4 years it needs to be inspected and if required to be cleaned out. Require a written quote for the OC.
Plumber need to check pipe is clear (pretty sure it is), water pump (no known issues) and replace a piece of mesh that has come off the grate over one of the drains. Happy to supply photos. This is just preventative maintenance we do every 4 years to ensure there is no problem.
