Increase water pressure from hot water system

Lack of water pressure coming from hot water system (Aquamax 2000, 6 yrs old).
Water pressure is very weak and is sometimes not very hot. Has been like this for about 6 weeks now. Would like to be able to have normal pressure again. I am not sure if filters are clogged or pipe is split somehwere or what is going on.
