The hot water pressure from all outlets is very poor. the cold water pressure is fine. im worried about mineral deposits in the pipe(which id find as strange considering the house isnt very old) or a leak.
also all drains in the house have a bad odour and draino doesnt seem to fix the problem for long.
my house is about 3 years old. the hot water system is a dux proflow 250h-36. all relief valves work on the system.
the house is single story on a concrete slab.
