I'm having a few issues with slow flowing drain pipes.

2 storey house, with two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom sink and shower are draining slowley. The downstairs bathroom gurgles and the shower sometimes back fills a little when showering upstairs. WOuld like all pipes cleaned out.
Outside the property the grey water goes to a grease filter, then to soak away. The water is also partially backed up in the inspection hole, but seems to be unconnected to the household issue. We have had the pipe cleared before using an electrical eel. The pipe between outlet and grease filter is about 18m long.
