I need a pump connected to a 2100L tank looked at as it is not working.

I have an Onga pump connected to a tank which has a switch on it. The switch allows the use of greywater when the tank is of a sufficient level and mains when it is low. It is connected to two outside taps and two toilets.
The pump is currently not working and hence I am operating off the mains. There is a leak coming from the pump which is only minor.
I need someone to look at the pump and determine what is wrong with it. The pump does not have an isolation valve on the inlet from the tank (which is currently full with 2100L) but does have an isolation on the inlet from the mains.
The pump is 3 years old.
