I need a Plumber who specialises in Home Reno - replace terracotta pipe

Old terracotta pipes are full of roots and we are adding a bathroom to the house. We need a new tie in for the bathroom and are planning to cut up the concrete path and lay a new line from the house to the tie in, with a junction for the upcoming Reno work. I believe it's somewhere in the range of 40m of pipe, with less than 20m under concrete. Easy access to the backyard from a reserve. Please include how the trench will be filled.
