Hot water system replacement for apartment block

We have a 27 Unit apartment block that is about 6-7 years old. The hotwater system is probably over 8 years old now. We have 3 x 250L tanks on our roof and one of them is currently leaking, it has been shut off at the moment. We are looking at getting a quote to replace our hotwater system to perhaps 6 smaller tanks, so it is easier to manage a broken taken in the future. We realise a crane would probably need to be used to remove the 3 big tanks.We would like a quote for the job. We do have photos of the tanks if you wish to see them.
