Hot Water System - Relocate and Reinstall

Would like to relocate and reinstall an existing 315L dual element Rheem Optima from inside laundry to outside of the laundry wall. The system is 1 year old.
The unit is currently located in the laundry next to the external wall. Would like to relocate the system to outside, just on the other side of the same laundry wall.
There is a concrete slab against the external wall already in place with no obstacles nearby. There is a single step from laundry to the outside.
Existing water and electrical connections need to be moved from internal side to the external side of the wall. The electrical circuit breaker is already installed and is currently controlling the hot water system. The reinstalled system must be installed and tested to ensure that there is no electrical leaking that would cause safety switch disconnection.
Would like to complete the work within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
