Both our upstairs shower, and the downstairs kitchen sink has simulatniously started leaking. The shower from the shower head and the kirchen sink from both the base of the tap and the pipe under the sink. In both cases the problem is with the hot water flows only. If we turn off the hot water before it enters the boiler then both leaks stop.

Very competetively priced, only charging regular rates on a Sunday. However, very messy. the plumber trampled mud all over the house, and worse, left silicone smeared in multiple spots on the bathtub and over the taps. Luckily I spotted it in time and managed to remove it before it had dried on.
