How great is Roger??? After being given a staggering quote to replace and move my hot water heater by another plumber for a leaking overflow valve, Roger simply indicated that I just needed the outlet valve replaced. He came out the next day and replaced it within 10 mins. While he was there I asked him if he wouldn't mind replacing my kitchen mixer tap - he had a quick look and said sure. While this wasn't part of the original job, Roger actually spent more time replacing this than the over flow valve. Despite my repeated claim that I could buy a new tap (it was a difficult fit) Roger simply stated he didn't want it beating him and it didn't! Throughout Roger was friendly and professional and 1/10th the cost of the other mob. Can not recommend him highly enough and have already passed his name on to friends.
