Quoted me $200 to unblock the toilet which I was happy with but when asked if he could replace a couple of washers while he was there he insisted on charging me $80 per tap. I had 3 taps which would have cost me an extra $180!! I tried explaining he would already be onsite and that $80 usually is part of the call out fee and that $80 was excessive given he was already onsite but he wasn't interested so I told him to forget it! Don't use him he's a rip off !!!
