i'd like my front gutter checked and downpipe replaced. The back gutter needs most attention - when it rains, the back roof gutter near the back door overflows and created a waterfall effect onto the steps below that lead down to the garden. The gutter is noticeably bent outwards and water pools there. This is causing water to flow backwards, away from the downpipe at the end of the roof.
