Guttering at rear of garage is too shallow and the water flows into the ceiling of the garage. As a result, the ceiling has major water damage and due to the storm last week, part of the ceiling has collapsed. The rest of the ceiling is bowed due to the water damage. The electrical work in the garage has also been damaged.
We are finding out what the insurance will cover.
