We have just purchased this property and renovations have been done bodgily. in order of urgency, kitchen, pipes in sink are not connected properly to drainage pipe under sink and therefore leaks, need this done correctly. hot water system in garage, easy access, tap where water is supplied to unit leaks, may need replacing and tube that drains out excess water (dunno name) is not connected to external drainage, need connected. roof, inspection advised that some panes on aluminium (?) roof are corroding, need this fixed, was told a bit of anti corrosion paint etc should help stop future problems. bathroom, was told that shower has been leaking into linen closet behind it, want to check the extent of damage, just quote at this stage, work not yet required. i can arrange to be available most weekdays and would like kitchen sink and hot water system addressed asap.
