1. Run gas pipes from immediately outside the house into the appliances (stove, ducted heating and hot water heating). The house currently runs on tank gas.
2. Install ducted heating on both floors, and potentially ducted air conditioning.
3. Replace tank hot water system with instant hot water system.
4. Remove existing gas log fire heater.
