Every time I cook something in the oven, I always have to bump up the heat and cook it for longer than normal. I'm not sure if the door is loose or if some of the gas ignitions aren't working. Sometimes it takes a long time to start the oven, gas grill or gas burners on the stove. The problem could be all related. However, I'm most concerned about getting my oven right.
