Gas Line for granny flat

Need a gas line from main house to the granny flat at rear of the block. Maybe have to tap from gas meter. Need to service instant hot water service around 20litres/min and ducted heating for the granny flat.
Distance from gas meter to granny flat around 30 metres. Can go under the main house at the front (not buried) around 20 metres and then underground from rear of main house to the granny flat around 10 metres.
Maybe plastic pipe from gas meter under the main house. 32mm or 40mm pipe size for the plastic gas pipe and then copper underground to the granny flat.
I need a licensed gas fitter to do it and able to provide certificate.
