Hi there, I've recently bought a food trailer and will be needing to run checks of all gas connections, etc. It has a hotplate & stovetop which I would like checked and made sure that it runs well. I will also want to install a deep fryer (which will be bought soon), etc. I think the best way to do this would be for us to agree on an hourly rate, as I understand it's near impossible to work out how much work this will mean.
