Gas cooker relocated, outdoor tap repair

We need our gas cooker relocated a small amount - we don't know why but it's not actually right under the rangehood. The cooker is offset to the right by about 10cm, and set hard against the wall when our cabinet and rangehood depths are 70cm so also offset back by about 10cm - kind of annoying to use. It's a fixed installation (not flexible hose), so we can't move it. Cooker is a Westinghouse approx 15 years old. Rangehood is an elaborate custom installation so can't be moved. Cabinets on either side of the cooker can be readily moved and will be out of the way.
We also have an outdoor tap that's become almost impossible to turn off completely - would like that fixed while you're at it!
