We are due to settle payment for a property at 16 Hunter Road Traralgon, and would like the servicing and check to be done on Wednesday, September 23.
It is a condition of settlement that the gas appliances be in proper working order. The agent handling the sale is Dennis Payne of Ray White Real Estate, phone number 03 5175 8888, and access tot he property must be arranged through the selling agent.
A building inspection report has shown that one wall heater was not being used and its condition of operation is unknown. The house has 2 such heaters, a gas hotplate and wall oven. There is an external hot water heater as well.
