Number of small jobs - service of gas fire and gas boiler (neither have been serviced for a couple of years).
- Roof plumbing work - replacement of some of the guttering, cleaning out some other sections and sort out roof drainage (don't think it all currently goes to storm drain). May also need to change the height of one of the verandah supports (if you could do that as well it would be great!) to ensure that drainage is correct and neighbours plumbing drains properly.
