we have a few leaks from upstairs deck that I have had diagnosed where they are coming from, would like second opinion and flashings made to fix. There's also a few areas that will require Re /Silicone or Polyurethane. We have a charged water tank unit that the head unit over flows very quickly, its either blocked or need a solution to fix. I would like someone to come on the 29th July before 12, then the following week to complete the works. If you can Polyurethane neatly then happy for you to re do works internal and external. House is 8 years old, and I'm pretty aware of the time frames this will take to repair. Please send txt for price to attend (if any) to check scope and then final price we will agree on for repairs the following week. Thank you
