Flashing on the roof needs adjustment. The sprinkler system needs to be looked at and attached to the rain water tank. I need a quote for a hand held shower and a raised toilet seat. The shower screen needs minute adjustment as the water flows out and the toilets don't seem to flush enough water and have to be flushed twice.
