Fix water pressure problem in the house

The water pressure in my house has been so low the last few weeks . Need someone to come and fix it .
It’s seems like after a while it’s just running really slow pressure .
The house was Built around 15 years ago so I only assume it was a newer built . The water was fine until a month ago when the water pressure begins to have lesser pressure and now it just get worst .
In the pic attached you can see how the water pressure change in 6 seconds .
i had someone diagnose it as is to replace pressure reduction valve at meter which is more likely the problem.
