The bungalow has hot water from the house's hws which is excellent. Mains water pressure to property is excellent. But the water pressure to bungalow is very poor. Could this be a corroded galv pipe? Distance between house and bungalow is about 3 metres. Other jobs to be quoted are: potentially connect gas to bungalow from house, so a gas stove and/or heater can be fitted. Also, hot water services shower only, not kitchenette hot water. This operates off a faulty electric wall mounted hws - which is leaking. Potentially connect the house hws to not only existing shower, but also the hot water tap in kitchen of bungalow.
