Fix my jet bath tub off button not working

We have a jet bat tub that does not turn off. It has been ok all this time until we have a guest over flowing the bathrub. Since then I can switch it on but I can’t switch it off .
The bath tub it’s on the main bathroom on the second floor . The switch it’s outside the window next to the bath. To access it someone told me they have to remove the dry wall to go under the bath and access the air button.
Need someone to come and fix it please
