My bathroom tap is streaming water constantly. It is molded into the vanity and I cannot change the washers. I am renovating the bathroom in 6 months and and need this fixed to a reasonable standard until the whole unit is replaced. I'm not concerned about how it looks or the method used to repair it - a tap added to the pipe within the cupboard that shuts off the water or a replacement tap that doesn't match perfectly is fine. My water pressure is also well above 500kpa (700kpa when last checked). I need a water pressure regulator installed where the water pipe enters the house (this is above ground and is easily accessible).
