Fix leaking toilet

I have a leaking pipe leading to a toilet cistern. I suspect that it is either leaking through the 90° pipe joint or the tap itself is leaking (see picture). Either way I expect it will be very simple and quick job. Please let me know what you charge for this kind of quick visit and when you are available to do it.
