Fix leaking pipes in Kitchen sink

Plumber required to fix leakage under kitchen sink. It appears that the their is a crack/leak in the pipes below the cupboard floor causing water to flow out onto the Kitchen floor when the sink is emptied.
To access the leaking pipes, you may need to lift or cut into the floor of the cupboard below the sink (wood laminate).
It appears that the issue has been present for a while so there might be some water damage under the sink cupboard, however it is not possible to see without lifting/ cutting the the wood laminate.
