Steve rang on the same day, which was a good response. He couldn't offer a suitable time to come around, at first he said after lunch, then went back to say he'd call as he might come around in the afternoon or evening as its just "too hard" to predict. I explained I need at least an hour either side of the suggested time and he couldn't offer it. Decided against using him though as the call out fee was expensive compared to other quotes we've had in the past.
