There is an issue with our garage roof wherein the water comes into the garage roof cavity when there is a heavy storm. Assessment completed: Report summary:
Issues on this occasion, appears to have come from where the valley gutter meets the quad
gutter on the tile roof. Water has stained and damaged the ceiling in the garage area from the
recent rains. Checking over the roof, it seems water has entered the roof space from the recent
storm like conditions. Large volumes of water from the quad gutter and valley gutter is splashing
around the tiles and flashing over the affected area creating water problems below. Too much
water is overflowing the lead flashing and tiles but has caused by the storm like conditions.
