The roof gutter has a hole which either needs to be patched up or that section of the gutter needs to be replaced. The pipe needs a whole new section to be added to it - the top section is there and so is the section leading to the ground, but there is a whole section of approximately 3 metres missing in the middle. The property is a double storey 1800's terrace which is appoximately 6 metres high.
