We have an imperial cistern who's original flush valve has broken and can't be fixed. The imperial parts are no longer available so alternative parts will need to be installed. Details of the broken unit and recommended replacement parts can be found here: http://www.heirloom.co.nz/toilet-outlet-valves (ours is the top ceramic cistern grey body)
Please only respond if you know how to replace these imperial flush valves with a good alternative solution (replacing the cistern itself is not going to be possible).
From what i can tell this will probably require a new seal, a new flush valve and possibly a new inlet valve.
Thanks
