Eurolec Technogas gas oven model 855OM4P turns on and runs if you hold in the temp/start switch and press ignition switch. Under normal circumstances, if you release the temp/start switch once it has ignited and heated up the oven remains on. In our case the oven extinguishes (turns off) as soon as you stop pressing the temp/start switch in.
