my electric hot water system has been leaking out of the overflow pipe so i'm getting lukewarm to cold water. the system was installed in 2006 so it shouldn't need replacing, but maybe a repair?

Trevor was helpful and I went with his quote as he said my HWS could be fixed without replacement. Halfway through the job he realised the system did need to be replaced, and I would be more out-of-pocket than if I had gone with another contractor in the first place. I stopped using his services as I found a better deal, and he went from being friendly to uncommunicative regarding a refund on some parts. I realise the situation was less than ideal for both myself and Trevor, but in the end I couldn\'t afford it - sorry Trevor. He didn\'t clean up either, and I\'m still waiting for my refund.
