Electric eel for blocked pipe

The pipe from my ensuite is blocked and I have located the pipe from plans and dug around the pipe and the access point is clear. This problem happened a couple of years ago where roots grew into the pipe and blocked it. As the digging is done I just need a plumber with an electric eel to clear the pipe.
