Drains cleaned, reconnect stormwater pipe to main, fix broken taps

2 stormwater drains of about 6 metres long from house to street each need cleaning/unblocking. One of the the 2 drains was broken near the connection to the stormwater main and needs to be reconnected. Several taps need new washers and/or o-rings. May also be an issue with some of the downspouts leading to a blocked pipe at back of house as water comes from the ground every time it rains.
