The land of the property is on an angle from highest point being at the front of property to lowest point being at the back of the property. At a position just under the back of the home water accumulates and is a little pool of splashy water which keeps that area very moist and doesn\\\'t dry up. It seems to pool up at this location which is just before the paving that is flat so the water is not flushed away. Although this pool of water is just under the house it is vey easily accessible. The pool is to the right of a chimney and there is a trap door to the left or the dog boards can be removed for the job.
