A end to site and conduct CCTV inspec on to stormwater drainage throughout property.
It was found around property compact toppings have been used. There is no surface drainage applied. It would be recommended to have at least 3 pits installed.
Left Hand site of property stormwater drainage is heavily blocked (as per CCTV footage. Drains are full of dirt/sediment. Would recommend jet wash stormwater drainage.
Right hand side of property. Stormwater drainage is completely blocked. No CCTV footage was able to get through. It was found heavily full of rocks and debris. In heavily rain water cannot escape freely, and will build up pressure.
Downpipe at rear of property (as per photo) is found to have cracked. It is also found to be installed incorrectly and needs to be rolled back into the wall of property.
Hand dig and expose stormwater drainage install 3x surface drains throughout the property. Jet wash/hydro jet stormwater drainage Around property and remove all debris.
Suc on pump will be needed to remove rocks from stormwater drains on le hand side.
