We have recently purchased the property. After recent rainfall it seems there are several areas in need of inspection and possibly repair.
a) drainage leading to the kerb gutter appears to be blocked.
b) drainage behind retaining wall appears inadequate / blocked
c) one downpipe on the corner of the house empties directly onto the ground and is not diverted away from the building
We require each of these three areas quoted on as separate jobs on the quote, so we can decide how best to proceed.
