Drainage for sloping site with damp problems.

Jennifer requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in The Basin

sloping site with clay soils. there are several retaining walls, and part of the bluestone house has wall abutting the soil. there is insufficient drainage, with waterlogged soil and damp problems in the walls. several downpipes fall straight to the ground. i think we might need (pit?) drains dug with ag pipe? not sure of the affected area- perhaps a third/quarter of the block, which is 950m2.
