Downpipe installed on verandah

i need a downpipe installed on a bullnose verandah. the existing one has been incorrectly installed on a highpoint meaning the water doesnt get to the stormwater before it overflows. due to the design of the verandah i doubt that it can be modified. the new downpipe is to be installed at the lowpoint where the water collects and plumbed into the existing stormwater.
