I was amazed by the quick contact and straightforward quote. Then to have Charles turn up on time and complete the job in the quoted time frame was a pleasant surprise. Charles was pleasant and helpful. He went around and gave me a list of things that are coming due for work (not what I WANTED to hear but what I NEEDED to know). The house is getting old and things will start breaking down. Given a couple of months to psych myself up to the expense is a big help. Would recommend this service provide to anyone.
