Corroded water pipe needs replacing

We have an old 25 mm copper water pipe rising out of the ground beside the house, with an outdoor tap and the main water supply to house (on stumps) rising off it. There's a 2cm hole in the copper pipe about 5cm below ground level (from corrosion). Pipe needs replacing.
