We are a wine shop with a takeaway cafe at the side.
1. Clear stormwater pipe. Seems to overflow on torrential rains.
2. Install a one-way valve on a drip tray pipe in a cool room.
3. Currently pools in a concrete area away in an indoor corridor area away from the floor drain. I would a way for this to be fixed somehow (maybe re-concreting?)
Work is best done between 6-Jan to 14-Jan. As we will not be trading then.
