Require a licensed/insured plumber to replace approx 21m of clay sewer pipe with PVC. House (building the 1960s) is located on a corner and there is good access from the side yard, from the road and also from the neighbour property (if required). Sewer pipe to be replaced is full length from over flow outlet in the yard to the main sewer line approx 21m in length with an elevation drop of approx 5m. First run approx 6m is a gentle slope, drop of approx 2.5m to second run. Second run approx 5m again on a gentle slope. Drop of approx 2.5m (in a retaining wall) to the street and 5m run to the main sewer line. Require 2x inspection points to be installed on the run for future access and clearing. Additional require second toilet waste to be moved to be on the main sewer line (approx 1M length).

I can provide PVC 100mm pipe and river sand (if required), plumber will need to provide all other materials to complete the job, blue metal, couplings, joiners, access points etc.
